Research on motivation over the last decades has shown that the climate in the workplace has a significant impact on employee behavior and organizational results. What is organizational climate? Organizational climate refers to a set of measurable properties of the work environment, that are perceived by the people who live and work in it, and that influence their motivation and behavior.
